Office Hours:
Our physicians schedule appointments weekdays from 7:00 am to 5:30
pm. We ask that you call for your appointment as far in advance
as possible, so that we can find an appropriate time for you.
Appointments:
A medical emergency, surgery, delivery or unanticipated problem
can cause us to run behind schedule. We regret inconveniencing
you and appreciate your understanding if your appointment is unavoidably
delayed. Please let our receptionist know if you have particular
time constraints; we will make every attempt to keep you informed
of schedule changes.
Occasionally, it is necessary for us to reschedule appointments
due to an emergency, surgery or delivery. We attempt
to reschedule these appointments at the patient's earliest convenience. If
you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please let us know as
soon as possible.
Medical Emergencies:
A physician is available at all times to handle our patients'
acute problems and medical emergencies. During office hours,
please call and explain the problem to our receptionist. She
will consult with the medical staff and make arrangements for
your care. After hours and on the weekend, please call
our regular office phone number for instructions.
Your Records:
All patient information is confidential. If you would like the
doctor to discuss your situation with a family member or friend,
we will need permission to do so.
Phone Calls:
Our staff is trained to handle many questions that may come
up during the course of your care. Questions of a medical
nature will be reviewed with a physician. It is imperative
that the telephone number left with our staff is the telephone
number where you can be reached in order to avoid "telephone
tag". We appreciate this courtesy.

Prescription Refills:
We ask that you call your pharmacy directly for prescription
refills. Please allow 48 hours advance notice.
Payment and Insurance:
Our policy regarding payment for services depends on the type
of care rendered and your insurance coverage. For our non-healthplan
patients, we request that payment for office visits be made at
the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks and Cash.
For patients insured through
a healthplan in which we participate, applicable co-payments
are due at the time of the visit, and all covered services are
billed to the healthplan.
Insurance payment is restricted for some elective services, often
including infertility care. We will be glad to review payment
policies for uninsured service with you. Our office staff
has extensive knowledge and experience in payment and insurance
issues. They will be glad to help you.
